Think of persistence and determination as whether or not a person will ‘stick-with-it’. Persistence used to mean staying in one job for a long period of time. These days it is recognised hat a person can have threejobs in five years and still show persistence and determination. Look forpatterns, look for progress and consistent movement towards long-term goals
