The Survey will look at challenges faced by companies trying to attract and retain A-Level talent. It will also look at what these companies are doing to address the challenges.
Last year the survey attracted nearly 600 HR professionals using an online survey. 39% were from organisations with fewer than 200 employees, 27% from 200-999 employees and 34% from 1000+ employees.
